Upon graduating from The College of William & Mary in 1986 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration I moved to Baltimore and went to work in the Public Record research industry. I am still in the business today. In 1996 I formed my own company, Hylind Search Company, Inc. (www.hylindsearch.com) which specializes in filings and searches of Real Estate, Corporate and UCC records nationwide.

I have over 21 years of experience in searching titles and other aspects of the real estate business and from that knowledge base it led me to obtain my Real Estate License. I have extensive experience in purchasing real estate and a working knowledge of the title process that most other realtors may not have. I am a hard working person with 2 young children.
