I am so excited to introduce myself as the newest addition to the PHOENIX REAL ESTATE family.
My name is Detrich Weems, my family calls me "Dee". I am "closing in" on 30 years old and have been
cheerfully married for 4 years which has blessed me with four beautiful children. I was born and raised
in "Charm City" (Baltimore). I am very much the family man, love football, cooking, playing with my
kids and simply being around my family.
For the past five years I have spent my career as a Medical Technician. It was especially gratifying
to see that the smallest things were the most important to my clients, things such as taking time to
explain something twice or asking "How was your day?". It has been these experiences with the public
that taught me first hand that customer service has to be your main focus in order to strive in any successful position.
As a native to the Baltimore area, I have seen the city change and grow into one of the nation's top
